Spanish breakfast

Tina made this breakfast on a late Sunday morning. Spanish chorizo and pancetta with whole cloves of garlic and grapes. Yes, seriously. Grapes. And it was amazing. The sweet and salty contrast was a delicious surprise. Served with a side of roasted red peppers and  sunny side up eggs. And delicious starbucks french roast coffee.



1/2 lb spanish chorizo
1/4 lb pancetta diced
2 tbsp of breadcrumbs
4 whole cloves of garlic unpeeled

Heat a pan with olive oil and then add pancetta. Once the pancetta is browned, add the chorizo and garlic cloves and cook till chorizo is done. Add the breadcrumbs and cook for about 2 minutes and you are done.
